Benefits of reporting reproducible data

Ethical reproducibility has been in focus in life and biomedical sciences over last decade. The reason is multiple cases of low level research ethics and poor repeatability of experiments. Often this results not from poorly conducted assays but from their inprecise description. Therefore detailed experimental methods are important in each paper. Then ethical statements are necessary as well, including description of all used controls, reproducibility tests and crucial design aspects of the study.

High research ethics has a main benefit that the followers will not have to reinvent a wheel again. Each of us can and should make a difference by well-conducted and importantly, well-described experimantal data.
